Land of Enchantment My Web Friends
This section was started the evening of Christmas, 1996. There are some wonderful people I am meeting here who have, in one way or another, touched my heart to the point that I want to share their sites with you. One of my long-time internet friends, Dana Peach, has now developed such graphical prowess that she has me constantly checking her updates and striving to reach the heights she has soared to. For a sampling of some of the most delightful free graphics I have ever had the pleasure to peruse, visit Jaguarwoman Webdesign. Thank you, Dana, for your friendship and for serving as such a great inspiration! Today is Valentine's Day (1998)... I am adding to my list of friends a wonderful woman who has a website very full of heart, and also, very full of beautiful backgrounds creations! Please visit The Jungle - home of the wonderful Tigress... You will have a very pleasant visit with a very special person! Several months ago (could have been almost a year...), I was surprised with an e-mail from Terri Williams, who found me because we shared the same name! (Of course, the spelling of the first name is different, BUT...) Terri has grown and expanded in internet design, and produces a lovely, clean, refreshing site at Grandma's House. Please, go see for yourself! April has brought me not showers, but a wonderful friend in a very talented writer and caring individual. German Genealogy and Bipolar Disorder is the home of my friend, Gabriele, who has recently begun the section on Bipolar Disorder that is overwhelmingly "edge of your seat" type reading - a must see service to the internet community! Long overdue for posting on this page is the conscientious, caring Theresa from Lady Gryphon's Home Page. She is growing in her internet knowledge (oh, and addiction too, I think...), and has built a lovely fantasy land for viewing... A brand new friend I've found in Elly, at her fabulous Slice of Cyberpie! Elly's site is fully loaded with a little bit of everything - you truly must visit to know what I mean! And what a great gal she is, too! Elly, thanks for joining my cyberlife... Perhaps one of the most full, well-rounded sites I have ever had the pleasure to visit belongs to my friend Julie, webmistress of the wonderful Lady Bandit's Hide Out! Beauty, style, grace, and an amazing sense of humor travel along with this wonderful lady - she is an absolute treasure... An absolutely delightful couple I have had the privilege of sharing several e-mails with are Tommy and Judy. They are the epitome of what we all should be on the net - thoughtful, caring, considerate, and sharing. If everyone responded to our sites with e-mails like theirs, none of us would ever tire of working toward improvement! These two have hearts of gold... My newly acquired web sister, TheGodess, whom I considered would totally ignore me because her site is so ultimately breathtaking, continues to visit me time and time again with e-mails of suggestions, assistance, kindness, love - you name it! She is not addicted to the net (just ask her), though she was right there with me this Christmas morning planning the addition of music to my pages! I am forever grateful... The Lady Diana Dru was my first true inspiration on the internet, although I haven't told her (until now)... Her site is loaded, her backgrounds are infinitely more than impressive. Although I will continue to try to get a grasp on cyber art, I will never, never come close to the beautiful creations offered by this talented Lady. Thank you for support of my humble efforts, M'Lady, and thank you for the beauty and grace you have added to this lovely internet for others to enjoy... Another close webfriend (or is it another Teri???) I met through my pages and then meet up with on ICQ fairly regularly, Teri hails from Canada. She is quite a lovely person, caring, giving, and just plain fun, whom I am forever glad I met... I've had a delightful time making the acquaintance of the lovely, intelligent, caring Lady D.J.! Her pages are inviting, her conversation like family, her layout is wonderful, and her graphics offerings are superb. You can gain alot of who this wonderful lady is just from surfing around within her site! I enjoy your friendship, DJ, you are one of those wonderful people on the web... A most wonderful lady with the absolute greatest sense of humor is the Mighty Grapholina! At the suggestion of Mark, I applied for her award (with little more than "You'll understand when you get her response..." to go on). Wow! What a treat! Something very akin to playing a role-game with your fellow applicants, but, well, not exactly... A wonderful site, a wonderful award idea - please visit this site and see what I'm talking about... Let's not forget my brother, whom I immediately called upon as soon as I got my internet service. "What's html? How do you use it? How do I write a page?... (need I go on?)." My brother is my friend, and I'm proud to be able to say that...
